🔷 टीम लीडर / सेल्स हेड / सीनियर सुपरवाइजरVS FASHION – गांधी नगर, दिल्लीVS FASHION में हमें एक जिम्मेदार, अनुभवी और mature Team Leader / Sales Head / Supervisor की आवश्यकता है, जो हमारे स्टोर, गोदाम और day-to-day operations को पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ संभाल सके।

यह केवल sales का job role नहीं है। हमें ऐसा व्यक्ति चाहिए जो पूरी टीम को manage करे, daily operations पर नजर रखे, discipline maintain करे और management की ओर से assigned सभी जिम्मेदारियों को independently संभाल सके।

📌 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ👥 Team Management

• Store और Godown में काम करने वाली पूरी टीम को manage करना।
• Staff की attendance, punctuality और daily work allocation की निगरानी करना।
• Multiple staff members को effectively handle और coordinate करना।
• टीम के बीच discipline और proper working environment maintain करना।
• Staff की performance पर नजर रखना और management को आवश्यक feedback देना।
• नए कर्मचारियों को काम समझाना और training/coordination में सहायता करना।

🏬 Store & Godown Supervision

• Store और Godown की day-to-day activities की पूरी निगरानी।
• माल की receiving, shifting, sorting, packing और dispatch activities पर नजर रखना।
• Stock movement और सामान की proper handling सुनिश्चित करना।
• किसी भी shortage, damage, mismatch या operational issue को तुरंत management के ध्यान में लाना।
• Store/Godown में overall discipline और systematic working maintain करना।

🕐 Attendance & Daily Operations

• सभी कर्मचारियों की daily attendance maintain करवाना।
• Staff की shift timing और reporting time पर नजर रखना।
• सुबह की shift की शुरुआत लगभग 7:00 AM से हो सकती है, इसलिए candidate को early shift के लिए comfortable होना चाहिए।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर business requirement के अनुसार extra working hours देने के लिए तैयार रहना।
• दिनभर के काम की monitoring और closing activities को ensure करना।

🛍️ Sales & Customer Handling

• Sales team की daily activities monitor करना।
• Customer handling और sales process पर नजर रखना।
• Sales targets और team performance को track करना।
• Garment/fashion industry के products और customer requirements की अच्छी समझ होना।
• Regular customers और wholesale/B2B customers के साथ professional तरीके से coordinate करना।
• Sales बढ़ाने और customer experience बेहतर करने के लिए practical suggestions देना।

🚚 Transportation & Logistics

• Staff और business-related transportation की daily coordination पर नजर रखना।
• माल की transportation, loading/unloading और dispatch activities को monitor करना।
• किसी भी transportation-related issue को timely resolve/communicate करना।

🧹 Hygiene, Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Store और Godown में regular hygiene और cleanliness checks करवाना।
• Staff के लिए basic cleanliness और hygiene standards maintain करवाना।
• Store/Godown की lights, fans, AC, racks, equipment आदि की condition पर नजर रखना।
• Maintenance की आवश्यकता होने पर समय पर management को inform करना और follow-up करना।
• Overall premises को clean, organized और operational condition में रखना।

🎯 हमें किस तरह का व्यक्ति चाहिए?हमें केवल designation के लिए supervisor नहीं चाहिए। हमें ऐसा व्यक्ति चाहिए जो:

• जिम्मेदारी लेने वाला और mature हो।
• बिना बार-बार instructions के काम को समझकर आगे बढ़ा सके।
• एक साथ multiple people और multiple activities handle कर सके।
• Problem आने पर घबराने के बजाय practical solution निकाल सके।
• Team पर proper control और leadership रखता हो।
• काम के प्रति punctual, disciplined और sincere हो।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर extra hours और additional responsibilities लेने के लिए तैयार हो।
• Store, Godown और पूरी team की overall responsibility लेने की क्षमता रखता हो।
• Management और staff के बीच एक responsible point of contact की तरह काम कर सके।
• 👔 योग्यता एवं अनुभवExperience: कम से कम 5 वर्ष का relevant experience preferred.
• Industry: Garments / Fashion / Wholesale / Retail industry का अनुभव अत्यधिक preferred है।
• Age: लगभग 25–40 वर्ष।
• Team handling और staff management का practical experience होना चाहिए।
• Sales एवं customer handling की समझ हो।
• Garments industry के products और day-to-day business operations की knowledge हो।
• Hindi में अच्छी communication आवश्यक है।
• Basic reporting और record maintenance की समझ हो।

💰 Salary & Job DetailsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 प्रति माह

Experience: 5+ Years Preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi

Working Hours: Business requirement के अनुसार; early shift 7:00 AM से शुरू हो सकती है।
