Team Leader

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Assign daily leads and tasks to team members and monitor their progress.

Track individual and team performance on a daily and monthly basis.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance/coaching.

Monitor sales calls, follow-ups, customer meetings, and conversions.

Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and opportunities.

Coordinate with customers regarding Broadband, Internet Leased Line (ILL), SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Cloud, and other business connectivity solutions.

Coordinate with the technical, operations, billing, and support teams for smooth order execution.

Ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, documents, and sales reports.

Handle escalations and resolve customer/team-related issues.

Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and monthly performance reports.

Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating new leads.

Train new team members on products, sales processes, CRM, and company policies.

Ensure proper CRM updating and maintain accurate customer/lead records.

Monitor team attendance, discipline, productivity, and work quality.

Achieve team revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Implement company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
