Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage daily team operations, drive performance, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
• Track daily reports, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Handle team queries, escalations, and operational challenges.
• Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on performance and productivity.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
