Crednexa Finserv is a fast-growing financial services startup company specializing in Personal Loans, Salaried Overdrafts, and other retail lending solutions through leading Banks and NBFCs.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Position : Telecaller

We are looking for both fresh or experienced Telecallers who have a proven track record in Personal Loan (PL) and Salaried Overdraft (OD) sales (Fresher can also apply).

If you enjoy interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain Personal Loan and Salaried Overdraft products.
• Understand customer requirements and assess eligibility.
• Generate quality loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Credit teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria :

For experienced, Minimum 3 – 6 Months of experience in:

• Personal Loan Sales
• Salaried Overdraft Sales
• Banking or NBFC Telecalling
• DSA Loan Sales

Candidates with a strong sales background in financial products will be preferred.

Freshers can aslo apply

Educational Qualification -

• Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) preferred.
• Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under sales targets
• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
