Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Female Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Explain company products/services and offers clearly.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Daily/weekly calling and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
• Pleasant and confident personality.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Computer.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate with good communication skills.
• Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
