B2B Corp is a corporate products and gifting company specializing in customized corporate gifts, promotional products, branding merchandise and business items for companies, brands and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with corporate clients.
• Follow up with leads generated through calls, Justdial, IndiaMART, online enquiries and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements such as product, quantity, customization, branding, budget and delivery timeline.
• Explain products and recommend suitable corporate gifting/promotional items.
• Share product details, catalogues, quotations and samples with clients through WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Generate new corporate sales opportunities through regular calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, quotations and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, customization, production and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, B2B sales or customer handling preferred.
• Good english communication is required.
• Good telephone communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with HR, Admin, Procurement, Purchase and Marketing teams of companies.
• Computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and email.
• Should be target-oriented, confident and willing to learn.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Salary & Incentives:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000+ per month, based on sales/performance

Additional: Growth opportunities based on performance.
