Job Title: Collection & Recovery Executive (Banking Loans)
Job Description:
* Loan Recovery & Calling: Manage overdue loan EMI collections and smooth recovery through regular customer calls and effective follow-ups.
* Negotiation & Resolution: Communicate with defaulting or delinquent customers to resolve payment issues and offer suitable payment or settlement plans.
* Portfolio & Compliance Management: Achieve daily collection targets while strictly adhering to banking, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection standards.
