Job Description
- Make and handle customer calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations and order discussions.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure proper customer dealing.
- Handle leads and inquiries received through online B2B portals.
- Must have practical experience working on Just dial, IndiaMART, Exporters India and Trade India.
- Manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily calling, lead and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the team for orders, dispatch and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–10 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / CRM & API Handling.
- Good communication and customer dealing skills.
- Calling experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Just dial, IndiaMART, Exporters India & Trade India is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Meeting with good customers for sales generation.
