Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

Salary

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance).

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Communicate with prospective customers in English and Hindi.
• Explain the company's products and services professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM or lead management system.
• Achieve daily calling targets and generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant telecalling or telesales experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
