Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities

Collection Calling

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
• Follow up regularly with customers and obtain payment commitments.
• Maintain professional communication while handling customer queries and objections.
• Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments and payment status.
• Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the concerned team.

Loan Sourcing

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for loan products.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation and process to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers until login/application completion.
• Coordinate with the sales/credit team for document collection and loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-up on leads and maximize conversion.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience.
• Prior experience in loan sales, loan sourcing, collections, banking, NBFC or financial services preferred.
• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with daily/monthly targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data.
• Positive attitude, discipline and strong customer-handling skills.
