Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
  • Explain the Barista Course, course duration, curriculum, practical training, fees and career opportunities.
  • Understand the candidate's interest and career goals and recommend the appropriate course.
  • Handle enquiries and objections related to fees, course duration, job opportunities and certification.
  • Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Convert qualified leads into course admissions/enrolments.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions in Excel/CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the training/admission team for documentation and joining formalities.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Good sales and convincing ability.
  • Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and WhatsApp.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with performance-based incentives.
