Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, payment plans, and key features to potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Stay updated about projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.
• Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
• Positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a target-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in real estate, telesales, or customer calling will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
