Job Description:
Healthheart PathCare Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves handling both Inbound and Outbound processes and assisting customers with appointments for regular routine full-body health check-ups.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle both inbound and outbound processes.
- Interact with customers regarding regular routine full-body health check-ups.
- Explain health check-up packages and assist customers with their queries.
- Schedule and confirm health check-up appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding their appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned appointment booking targets.
- Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and professional approach.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Bengali-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Basic English will be an advantage.
