Job Description – Tele-Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales
Location: A-193,Sec-83,Noida
Salary: As per experience and company policy
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
- Explain company products/services and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Sales Target & IncentivesMonthly Sales Target: ₹10,00,000.
- Commission: 0.5% on the pre-GST value of sales exceeding ₹10,00,000 per month.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be preferred.
