📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan products.
Products
• Doctor Loan
• Business Loan
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and processing
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain good customer relationships
Eligibility
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates in telesales, banking, NBFC, or loan sales will be preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets
