Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
- Explain health insurance products and plans to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer and calling records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and business targets.
- Coordinate with the team and TL to achieve overall sales targets.
