Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales & Operations Executive to manage and grow our B2B travel partner network. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel agent inquiries, preparing customized travel packages, coordinating operations, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close bookings efficiently.

       •           Handle B2B travel agent queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

             •           Understand agent and client requirements and customize tour packages accordingly.

             •           Prepare and share competitive quotations for hotels, transport, and complete travel packages.

             •           Perform regular follow-ups with B2B agents to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

             •           Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors for availability and best rates.

             •           Manage end-to-end booking operations including confirmations, vouchers, and documentation.

             •           Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B agents and work towards network expansion

             •           Ensure smooth execution of services and resolve any operational issues during travel.

             •           Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
