US Non IT Recruiter

Role Overview

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned US client accounts from sourcing candidates on Indeed to coordinating background checks, drug tests, and physicals, and finally presenting cleared candidates to our clients. You will work directly inside our internal CRM and communicate with candidates over phone calls, SMS, and email during US business hours.

Please note that this is a night shift role.

What You Will Do

Must Have

• 2 - 4 years of recruiting, HR, or customer-facing experience (US staffing experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English you will be on calls with US candidates daily
• Comfortable working US hours (EST preferred typically 6:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
• Strong attention to detail candidate status must always be accurate in the CRM

Good to Have

• Prior experience recruiting for logistics, or blue-collar roles
• Familiarity with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar job boards
• Experience with any ATS or CRM tool
