Employment Type: Full-Time
We are expanding our team at Koncept Holiday and seeking experienced travel industry professionals to fill the following roles across our Connaught Place and Gurugram offices.
1. Visa Executive
Experience: 3–4 years (Minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
Complete oversight of online and offline visa filing procedures across international embassies and submission centers.
Thorough verification and preparation of visa documentation for retail (B2C) and corporate clients.
Client communication, itinerary updates, and visa advisory services.
Maintaining high application success rates and adhering to strict deadlines.
2. Visa Team Manager
Experience: Senior-level experience with end-to-end team management capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Independent operational ownership of the visa department.
Direct liaison with embassy officials and consular representatives.
Managing group visa applications ranging from small delegations (5 pax) to large corporate movements (up to 1,000 pax).
Directing online and offline workflows, quality checks, and team training.
3. Tour Package Specialist (Domestic & International)
Experience: 4–5 years in travel package design, sales, and operations
Destinations:
International: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Far East, Middle East
Domestic: All major Pan-India destinations
Key Responsibilities:
Customizing and pricing holiday itineraries for both B2B travel partners and B2C direct clients.
Vendor management, DMC negotiation, and building long-term business relationships.
End-to-end handling of bookings from query stage to post-tour feedback.
4. Ticketing Operations Executive
Experience: Proven hands-on flight ticketing experience
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory Requirement: Advanced working knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
Processing domestic and international flight bookings, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.
Managing complex flight itineraries, corporate fares, and group blockings.
5. Senior Travel Accountant
Experience: 5+ years (Travel Industry experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Independent management of company financial accounts, ledgers, and cash flow operations.
Direct handling of GST filings, ITR documentation, and travel industry tax compliance.
Vendor payments, billing reconciliations, and daily petty cash management.
