Job Description
Excel & MIS
* Maintain and update customer and operational data in Excel.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Create and maintain Excel dashboards and trackers.
* Analyze data and identify trends, pending issues, and performance gaps.
* Prepare reports for management decision-making.
* Clean, organize, and reconcile large datasets.
* Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
