Job Description

  • Create and update menus focusing on nutritious, balanced meals (e.g., plant-based, gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein options).
  • Innovate seasonal and special dishes that align with the café’s health-focused brand.
  • Ensure all recipes meet dietary and nutritional guidelines.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all dishes meet café standards in taste, nutrition, presentation, and portion control.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adapt dishes as needed to enhance satisfaction.
  • Enforce all food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications and comply with local health regulations
