🏢 Department : SCM – Dispatch

Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch activities, including dispatch planning, shop-floor coordination, DC picking & packing, Pick Plan and Store-In Plan preparation, inventory control and ensuring accurate & timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dispatch shop-floor planning and coordination

* Ensure timely completion of DC picking & packing

* Improve FTR (First Time Right) in the dispatch process

* Prepare Pick Plans and Store-In Plans

* Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory control

* Identify and avoid stock discrepancies

Key Skills Required:

✅ Dispatch Process Knowledge

✅ Dispatch Planning & Coordination

✅ Picking & Packing

✅ Inventory / Stock Management

✅ Warehouse / Shop-floor Operations

✅ Pick Plan / Store-In Plan

✅ ERP / SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

✅ Manufacturing / Automobile experience preferred
