Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Handle and motivate store staff and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and staff performance.
- Manage stock receiving, GRN, inventory and stock accuracy.
- Control shrinkage, damages, expiry and stock losses.
- Ensure proper product display, availability and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure good customer service.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with HO/HR/Purchase/Accounts teams.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Train staff on customer service, product knowledge and store processes.
