Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Total Order Management
Inventory management,
Replenishment process, Local deliveries, Transporter management
·
Cash & Bank Operations,
ensure processes in place & working
·
Bank deposits, transfers,
withdrawals, A/R’s , Coordinate admin. related work of bank, Maintain cordial
relationships with bank, Expenses & Claim management
·
Branch Administration
·
Housekeeping, Office
administration & Infrastructure maintenance, Ongoing repairs &
maintenance, Branch start/ closing, Attendance, Leave management process,
Salary disbursement
·
Recruitment of Visibility
Captains, Delivery staff & Helpers, Handling recruiting admin. work for
other roles
·
Own deployment of new/ changed
multi-functional processes for the branch
·
Information Management
·
Data Integration to the main
site, Publishing score card, branch MOL’s, All Data collation @ the branch
level
Audit/ Controls/ Assessments
·
Leading Branch Assessments (BAT),
Action Planning & Reviews
Coaching / Training
·
On-boarding SPOC for the branch,
Ensure b/room resources are trained & qualified, managing ongoing
performance reviews of his/her team members, ongoing coaching to team
members.
