Field Sales Associate

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

a) You will be responsible for sales of all the Product and Services dealt by the company including UPS,

Battery, Charger, Electrical panels, Servo Stabilizer, Precision AC, Smart Racks, PDU etc.

b You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing business year by year.

c) You have to understand the need of the client and act accordingly.

d) You have to do day to day communication with your clients and update on their requirements.

e) You will be the single point contact for the client from company side, for both Sales and Service. Any

Service Call should be forwarded to the Service Team, ensuring closure on time.

f) Present and position all the Product or Services favourably and in a structured way to your clients.

g)You have to work on pre-sales activities and try to influence the customer in preparing Technical

specifications and Commercial Terms in our favour.

h) You have to develop a good relationship with your customers.

i) Sales projection, market information, market penetration, negotiation skill, product positioning are the key

deliverables from your side.

j) You have to work on product promotion and brand building activities.

j) You have to submit the reports as per the formats and schedule given to you.

k) You will work with a sales target on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
