Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records at our Marine Drive, Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
  • Handle invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Support GST, TDS and other statutory documentation
  • Coordinate with CA and management for accounting requirements
  • Prepare basic reports and assist with month-end closing

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of Tally/Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
