Job Description

 Debt Recovery Team Leader manages a team of collection agents to achieve target recovery rates, monitor performance, and ensure legal and company compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Set daily and monthly collection targets, coach executives, and evaluate performance metrics.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Prioritize overdue accounts, review non-performing assets (NPAs), and refine recovery strategies.
  • Escalation Handling: Handle difficult customer negotiations and resolve complex payment disputes.
  • Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on recoveries, roll rates, and team productivity. [1, 2, 3, 4]
