Enrollment Intern

About the role:

Brightside English is hiring an Enrollment Intern to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

The intern will communicate with prospective learners, understand their learning requirements, explain suitable English training programs, and help them complete the enrollment process. This is a full-time, on-site internship with practical training and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective learners through phone calls and approved online channels
• Understand learners’ goals and explain suitable Brightside English programs
• Provide accurate information about courses, sessions, fees, and the enrollment process
• Follow up with assigned leads and support them throughout their decision-making process
• Help interested learners book demo sessions and complete enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollment status
• Respond professionally to learners’ questions and concerns
• Coordinate with the sales, training, and operations teams
• Work toward assigned activity and enrollment targets
• Protect applicants’ and learners’ personal information

Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with prospective learners over the phone
• Ability to listen carefully and explain information clearly
• Basic organizational and record-management skills
• Professional and respectful approach to customer communication
• Willingness to learn enrollment, customer service, and lead management
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Previous experience in sales, admissions, enrollment, or customer service is helpful but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
