Job Description
- Job Summary: As a Kiosk Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, and responsible for driving sales at the retail kiosk by engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: ● Actively approach and engage customers visiting the kiosk ● Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting features and benefits. ● Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products. ● Utilize knowledge of products to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers. ● Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and basic POS operations ● Maintain accurate sales records and reports ● Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. ● Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the kiosk ● Manage stock at the kiosk and coordinate for replenishment ● Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions. ● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner. ● Follow company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Work Conditions ● 6 days working with rotational weekly off ● Standing for long hours at the kiosk ● Shift-based work as per mall/store timings
