Job Description
- Candidate ProfileYoung, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented candidate with a strong drive to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala to meet dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Strong ability to develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Experience or aptitude in channel management and key account handling.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and expand market presence.
- A proactive and aggressive approach to sales, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets across Kerala.
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Manage key customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and understand market requirements.
- Implement sales strategies to improve market coverage and business growth.
