Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for travel sales? Join 7C Destinations, a South India travel company specialising in Kerala holiday packages and customised travel experiences.
We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Travel Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Job Details
- Position: Travel Sales Executive / Tour Consultant
- Location: Kochi, Kerala
- Experience: 1–3+ years in sales; travel and tourism experience preferred
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on sales
- Employment Type: Full-time, office-based
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and generate bookings for Kerala and other holiday packages.
- Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi and English.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customised tour packages.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate professionally, handle objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English are essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to follow up with customers and close deals independently.
- Experience in travel sales, tour packages or holiday bookings is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence and a results-oriented mindset.
