Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manage shift-wise manpower, attendance, and absenteeism.
2. Allocate orders and monitor picker productivity and efficiency.
3. Ensure 100% on-time picking and dispatch.
4. Conduct random and item-wise quality checks to maintain picking accuracy and product quality.
5. Monitor shelf life and quality for replacement/VIP orders.
6. Coordinate with Inventory, Order Allocation, and Dispatch teams.
7. Ensure zero IBND (Inventory/Item Not Billed/Delivered as applicable to the process) and resolve hold/missing-crate orders.
8. Maintain scanners, picking trolleys, crates, packing materials, labels, and other operational assets.
9. Monitor hourly performance and provide training/coaching to underperformers.
10. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, crate hygiene, aisles, handover logs, and incident registers.
11. Ensure compliance with process audits and operational standards.
