Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Wholesale Sales

About PALAK DESIGNERS
PALAK DESIGNERS is a ladies' wear manufacturer and wholesaler dealing in kurtis, leggings, ladies' pants, fabrics and nightwear. We are looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Executives to generate wholesale enquiries, connect with potential buyers and develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential wholesale buyers, retailers, resellers, boutiques and distributors.
- Introduce PALAK DESIGNERS products, collections, wholesale prices and business offers.
- Generate genuine wholesale enquiries and identify potential business customers.
- Follow up with interested buyers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain product details, pricing, minimum order quantities and available stock.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed wholesale orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases, call records and follow-up reports.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred; freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
