Job Description
We are looking for a Communication Trainer to develop and enhance candidates’ communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training on spoken/verbal communication, English fluency, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
- Train candidates in soft skills, presentation, confidence, and professional communication.
- Assess individual communication gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and deliver engaging, activity-based training sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of verbal/spoken English training techniques.
- Prior experience in communication or soft-skills training is preferred.
- Confident, engaging, and effective training delivery skills.
