Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain records of purchases, sales, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash and petty cash records.
• Prepare and maintain GST and TDS records and related documentation.
• Assist with GST returns and other accounting-related compliance.
• Generate invoices and e-way bills as required.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense reports, and other MIS reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and coordinate payments to vendors.
• Maintain proper accounting files and financial documents.
• Assist with audit-related work and provide necessary documents when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding accounting and payment matters.
