Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain records using company software.
- Enter, update, and maintain office data accurately in ERP/software systems.
- Maintain inventory records, including raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and office supplies.
- Track inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper stock records.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and other operational reports.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation, bills, invoices, purchase records, and other office documents.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or requirements.
- Ensure timely updating of all transactions and records in the software.
- Handle routine administrative and back-office activities as required.
