Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Loans (Freshers)

About the Role:
Hum ek energetic aur motivated team build kar rahe hain aur humein aise Freshers ki talash hai jo Faridabad area se belong karte hon. Agar aapko logo se milna pasand hai aur aap Field Sales mein ek strong career banana chahte hain, toh ye role aapke liye best hai.
Compensation Structure:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹16,000 per month (Total earning potential ₹30k+ per month!)
Key Responsibilities:
Faridabad area mein daily field visits karke potential loan customers (Business Loans) dhoondhna.
Clients se face-to-face meeting karna aur unki financial needs samajhkar sahi loan product suggest karna.
Loan processing ke liye basic documents collect karna.
Apne daily aur monthly sales targets ko achieve karna.
Who Can Apply? (Requirements):
Experience: 100% Freshers can apply!
Location: Candidate Faridabad ka local resident hona chahiye aur wahan ke areas ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye.
Interest: Field work aur direct sales mein interest hona zaroori hai (Ye desk job nahi hai).
Skills: Achhi communication skills aur customer ko convince karne ki ability.
Other: Field visits ke liye apna Two-wheeler (bike/scooty) aur Driving License hona compulsory/preferred hai.
