Job Type: Full-Time

• Job ResponsibilitiesCustomers ko greet karna aur unki requirements samajhna.
• Counter par cake, pastry, bakery products aur other items ki sales handle karna.
• Customers ko products, flavours, sizes, prices aur available options ke baare mein information dena.
• Customer orders ko accurately note karna aur billing karna.
• Cash, UPI aur card payments handle karna.
• Cake orders ke details jaise name, message, flavour, size, quantity aur delivery/pickup time ko properly verify karna.
• Cakes aur bakery products ki proper packing aur customer ko safe handover ensure karna.
• Zomato & Swiggy orders ko check, pack aur delivery partners ko timely handover karna.
• Zomato/Swiggy riders ke saath politely coordinate karna aur order details verify karna.
• Counter, display area aur products ko clean and organised rakhna.
• Stock availability par nazar rakhna aur low-stock items ki information senior/manager ko dena.
• Customer complaints aur basic queries ko professionally handle karna.
• Store ke daily sales aur order process ko smoothly manage karne mein support karna.

Requirements

• 12th pass preferred.
• Counter sales, retail, bakery, café ya food industry experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
• Billing aur digital payments handle karne ki ability.
• Polite, responsible, punctual aur well-presented hona chahiye.
• Busy hours mein multitasking karne ki ability.
