Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications • Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

• Ability to be on the phone for a long time and be familiar with using dialer systems.
