Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers in assigned areas to generate new business.
• Promote and sell rooftop solar systems.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until the sale is closed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Submit daily sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
