Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales, e-commerce, operations, technical, and other business roles.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as open positions, applications, interviews, selections, joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
- Build a strong talent pool for future hiring requirements.
- Support employee onboarding and basic HR activities when required.
