Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients clearly and accurately.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients for policy renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and company policies.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to insurance policies.
- Complete all necessary documentation and compliance requirements for policy issuance.
- Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
