Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive sales growth.
• Manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our competitors' offerings.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers, working to understand their needs and preferences, and developing strategies to retain their loyalty.
• Strictly follow-ups with customer for regular requirement & how to increase sales.
• Work collaboratively with other departments within the organization to ensure that sales and customer relationship activities are aligned with business objectives.
