Production Supervisor

1.Plan and supervise daily production activities as per project/order requirements.

2.Manage production of modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, office furniture and

customized furniture.

3.Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, cutting lists, BOQ, and production drawings.

4.Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, CNC, Edge Banding, Cutting, Assembly and Installation teams.

5.Allocate work to carpenters,machine operators, helpers and other production staff.

6.Monitor CNC Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, measurements and specifications.

7.Maintain required quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

8.Check materials such as MDF,plywood, HDHMR, laminates, veneer, hardware, adhesives and accessories.

9.Minimize material wastage, rework and production losses.

10.Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed within committed timelines.

11.Identify production delays and immediately coordinate with management for solutions.

12.Conduct regular quality checks at different stages of manufacturing.

13.Maintain daily production reports, manpower records and job-status reports.

14.Ensure proper handling,storage and identification of finished and semi-finished materials.

15.Coordinate withsite/installation teams for dispatch and project requirements.

16.Ensure proper housekeeping,workplace discipline and safety practices inside the factory.

17.Train workers on properproduction methods, quality requirements and machine/workplace safety.

18.Report daily production status, pending work, wastage and quality issues to management.

Required Skill

1.Good knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes.

2.Strong knowledge of furniture materials, hardware and fittings.

3.Ability to understand AutoCAD drawings and production drawings.

4.Good manpower and production management skills.Knowledge of CNC, panel saw, edge-banding and drilling operations will be preferred.

5.Goodunderstanding of measurements and dimensional accuracy.

6.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

7.Strongcoordination and problem-solving skills.
