Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome gym members and visitors.
- Handle front desk operations and daily inquiries.
- Manage gym memberships, registrations, and renewals.
- Assist members with queries regarding gym timings, packages, and services.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with potential members.
- Maintain member records and ensure smooth reception operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and management when required.
- Support membership sales and help achieve gym targets.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, hotel, or front desk role is a plus.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
