• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
• Develop clients for Capex, Opex, and Deferred Capex solar project models.
• Conduct field visits and meet corporate clients, business owners, and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Explain solar power solutions, project models, and key benefits to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful business.
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities in the solar power industry.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive opportunities.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Experienced Sales & Marketing professional with 3+ years of Solar Power industry experience.
• Candidates from a Solar Power background only can apply.
• Must have good knowledge of solar power and solar EPC business.
• Strong B2B, field sales, business development, and client-handling skills.
• Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and corporate client meetings.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month
• 📈 Salary based on skill and experience
• 🎁 Incentives: ₹90,000+ based on performance
