Tele Sales Executive (Female) – Travel & Tourism

Ameera Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Tele Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team.

We are looking for candidates with good experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Handling. Candidates should be confident in communicating with customers and handling travel-related enquiries. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Follow up on travel leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Share travel itineraries, quotations, and package details with customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
• Coordinate with customers regarding bookings and payments.
• Achieve sales and lead conversion targets.
• Candidate Requirements:Female candidates preferred.
• Experience in Telecalling or Telesales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Email, and MS Office.
• Experience or knowledge of the Travel & Tourism Industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
