Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
  • Handle incoming enquiries related to solar installations.
  • Understand the customer's electricity consumption, bill amount, sanctioned load and property type.
  • Identify whether the customer is suitable for residential, commercial or industrial solar.
  • Explain the basic benefits of solar energy, including electricity savings and return on investment.
  • Explain available solar systems, financing options, subsidies and net-metering process as applicable.
  • Maintain a professional and convincing communication style.
