Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business inquiries.
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries and follow-ups.
- Explain company products and services, including:
- LED Street Lights & Flood Lights
- Solar Street Lights & Solar Products
- Lithium Battery Packs (LFP & NMC)
- EV Scooty & E-Rickshaw Batteries
- Solar Power Solutions
- Maintain customer details, quotations, sales orders and follow-up records in Tally / Excel / CRM.
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices and other basic documents in Tally Prime.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
- Achieve monthly calling, inquiry generation and sales targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in telecalling, sales or customer handling preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and generate sales.
Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
