*Job Title:* *Telesales Executive
*Location: Sector 37, Faridabad*
*Gender: Female Candidates Only*
*Experience: 1–4 Years*
*Salary: 18,000 To 20,000 + Incentives*
*Job Responsibilities*
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through telephone calls.
- Explain real estate products/projects, their features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads and sales activities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up with potential customers.
- Convert leads into prospective customers and sales opportunities.
*Required Skills*
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telephonic conversations and cold calling.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling or real estate sales preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
